Message	I'm just familiar with the states where I've lived, being VA, and TX, where tint to a certain level is legal... so technically, you could refuse to raise your windows to check for tint if you were driving with them down, as he'd have no justifiable reason to check your tint levels... but yeah, NJ is a pain... as are most states Kaz (Dallas) Now with 100% more Z!
